We use Royal Mail to ship our parcels. Please note that our free shipping service is an UNTRACKED option, if you require tracked shipping please select the upgraded shipping option when you checkout. Please note that shipping times come into effect when your order has been processed. Please see the home page for current processing times. If nothing otherwise is stated on the home page, the processing time is usually 2-3 business days.

 

Royal Mail Estimated Delivery: 
UK - 1-2 business days
Europe - 3-5 business days
USA, Canada and Australia - 7-10 business days
Rest of world - 10-15 business days.


These are only estimates and can be affected by adverse weather conditions and festive seasons. Customs and these other factors - very rarely - but may possibly delay the shipping up to 6-8 weeks.


Buyers are responsible for any import duties or custom charges that may be incurred.

Please ensure the correct and detailed address is provided to us when you place your order to avoid any delays. 

 

Returns

 

We gladly accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel if you would wish to return an item, and ensure the item is sent back within 28 days of delivery. 

Once the item is received by us in its' original packaging and condition, a full refund for the item will be issued - original shipping costs are not eligible to be refunded. We strongly recommend that "proof of post" is retained when returning an item in case of loss or damage during transit. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
