We use Royal Mail to ship our parcels. Please note that our free shipping service is an UNTRACKED option, if you require tracked shipping please select the upgraded shipping option when you checkout. 

Orders are currently being dispatched within 7 days due to increased demand. 

Royal Mail Estimated Delivery once dispatched: 
UK - 1-2 business days
Europe - 3-5 business days
USA, Canada and Australia - 7-10 business days
Rest of world - 10-15 business days.

These are only estimates and can be affected by adverse weather conditions and festive seasons. Customs and these other factors - very rarely - but may possibly delay the shipping up to 6-8 weeks.
